Ft. Lauderdale/Miami is becoming somewhat of a second home to us. In fact, it may become home to us for good soon but we'll get into that other time. Anyway, the plan this year was to travel as often as possible (home and abroad), seeing that we no longer have a wedding to plan. Most importantly, we wanted to give ourselves as many breaks from the cold NYC winter as possible. On Black Friday while most of our peers are/were getting the latest in fashion and/or electronics, we check(ed) for flight deals. We found inexpensive roundtrip tickets to south Florida and jumped on it quick to kick off our 2019 travel experiences. I know, we were just in Florida 4 months ago but this time we decided to get a rental which made a huge difference than when we stay with our family and friends who have relocated.
